Speaker Bio:
Pacifica mom Joli Bennett will be facilitating an interactive presentation, “Just Do It? Challenges to Healthful Lifestyles for Busy Families.” Joli is in the Second Baccalaureate Program in Dietetics at San Francisco State University, and is a student member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Philosophy and Literature. She also works as a volunteer in the Clinical Nutrition Department at Saint Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco. Through her business, mojomotion, Joli offers personalized fitness and nutrition coaching for individuals, families, and groups, with the goal of empowering people to reach their goals for optimal health and wellness. Joli teaches a dance exercise class, dance ex/tasy, at Family Martial Arts Center of Pacifica. Her web site is at mojomotion.net
